Terms of Service

By downloading or using Glance, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Glance.

1. Use of the Service

Glance is a macOS application that captures your screen and sends it to an AI model to generate answers. You may use Glance only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use Glance to capture, transmit, or analyze content that infringes third-party rights, violates applicable law, or is used to harm, deceive, or defraud others.

2. Accounts and Activation Keys

To access paid features, you must create an account and obtain an activation key from your account dashboard at glance-ai.tech/account. You are responsible for keeping your key confidential. Each key is licensed for personal use on your own devices. If your key is compromised, contact support@glance-ai.tech immediately.

3. Free Trial

New users receive 20 free AI analyses with no credit card required. Free trial usage is non-transferable and limited to one trial per person. After the trial is exhausted, a paid subscription is required to continue.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Glance offers monthly subscriptions (Starter at $9/month, Unlimited at $19/month). By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your payment method. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal at glance-ai.tech/account. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis — contact support within 7 days of a charge. Pricing may change with 30 days' notice.

5. Usage Limits

Starter plan: 50 analyses per day, resets at midnight UTC. Unused analyses do not roll over. Unlimited plan: no daily cap. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend access if usage appears automated or abusive.

6. Updates and Changes

We may push updates to Glance at any time. We recommend keeping the app up to date to receive bug fixes and improvements. We reserve the right to change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

7. Privacy

Screen captures are processed in real time and not stored. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Intellectual Property

Glance and all related software, designs, and content are proprietary. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer Glance.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Glance is provided "as is." AI-generated answers may be incorrect. Do not rely on Glance for health, safety, legal, or financial decisions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glance and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel at any time. Upon termination, your right to use Glance ends immediately.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll update the date above when we do.
